Dr Darryl Shnier

Dr Darryl Shnier is dual trained as a Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Physician and holds a masters degree in Medicine (imaging). Dr Shnier has extensive experience in both the private and public academic sectors. With a love and passion and ability in all facets of general and procedural radiology, he has additional interests and expertise in breast and oncology imaging.

Dr Shnier has added Cardiac CT to his love and expertise in (nuclear) cardiac imaging, as he has received level III certification, the highest level of certification in CT coronary angiography.

A long time interest in academic and teaching interests are met by supervising registrars, playing an active role on the Radiology college MCQ writing panel for the radiology fellowship exams, and holding a position as a senior lecturer at The University of Melbourne. Dr Shnier brings a passion for new learning, and teaching, respect for the patients and referrers to his work.
