Clinton was one of the founding members of MDI Group Ltd. After a long history with Radclin Medical Imaging, followed by MIA Victoria as a regional manager, he with Chris Ericksen and Richard Earl started Manningham Diagnostic Imaging, MDI's first site in Templestowe in 2004. Clinton has a science degree in medical radiations, and post graduate qualifications in computing, and a MBA (strategic management). He bases his business philosophy on the delivery of optimal service, a quality product with an innovative style. He considers the corner stones of proper management as being hard work, communication, ethical behaviour and a quality driven outlook - all underpinned by a sense of fun and adventure.

Celia joined MDI Radiology as the Chief Financial Officer in 2007 to manage all facets of the company's financial function. She has more than fifteen years experience in financial management and business advisory services, having worked in both public practice and commerce with a particular focus on the health industry. Celia holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia.

Peita has been involved in the radiology industry for 16 years and has worked in various roles clinically and in administration. She has been with MDI Radiology since their establishment in 2004 and is a member of the management team as well as having a core operational role. Peita manages the Human Resources function for MDI Radiology in concert with her studies in Business Management.

Stuart joined the team at MDI Radiology in 2007 bringing with him 13 years experience in the medical imaging industry. He has experience in Diagnostic Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Sales, IT and Project Management. Stuart coordinates IT and Projects for MDI and is the PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems) Administrator. The time Stuart spent with GE Healthcare has provided him with sound interpersonal skills and a process-driven mentality, ensuring that MDI Radiology continues to produce outstanding service to patients and referring physicians.
